Exceptional Customer Service

I exchanged this swimsuit a total of 4 times before I was happy.

Initially, the colour choice did not suit…so I exchanged it for a different one.

Then I wondered whether the next size up would be a better fit (I am often between sizes). It was too big!

So again I exchanged it for the previous size.

Each time was so easy & seamless.

Baku send you a prepaid postal notice once you notify them of the return.

You print it & stick it over your address on the original satchel. You don’t even need to organise packaging.

Online shopping is often a bit of a hit & miss experience, especially with swimwear.

With the exceptional customer service & easy free returns system at Baku, I can confidently say if you’re hesitating about buying from this brand online….jump right in.
