DELIVERY TIME AND PARCEL TRACKING
We aim for immediate dispatch of goods with orders generally received between 2-5 working days. Please note that orders can take up to 8 -10 working days (particularly for rural areas). As we use Australia Post eparcel service, you will receive an email from them indicating the tracking number for your shipment at the time the order has been picked up. You can track this shipment through the Australia Post eparcel tracking service - auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track
As we send all orders using registered post a signature is required and hence we recommend you providing a work address for delivery. Please provide your full details when supplying a work address including the business and receiver’s name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office.
