Returns at a glance
- Lodge your return within 30 days of delivery
- Return shipping is free for Australian online orders — your label is issued in the portal
- International returns: you arrange and pay for trackable return shipping
- Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as full-price items
- Faulty item? Lodge it through the portal too
- Online purchases can't be returned in a Baku store
- Once your return reaches us, we aim to process it within 2 business days
